Hello, my name is Allison Gomes, but you probably know that already since you’re on my website. I’m originally from Huntsville, Alabama but now live in Memphis, Tennessee with my husband, my daughter, and our two very fun, very energetic cats. You can often find me scoping out the latest releases at Barnes and Noble, grabbing an oat milk latte at a local coffee shop, or perusing the aisles of Home Depot in search of my next power tool.

I’ve always known that I wanted to be a writer, but my path to getting here has been fairly interesting (you can check out my resume to find out more about what I mean). Really, I just love words, and I love getting to help people with them.
